Average prices are positive in all areas. On the low end are, Port Colborne and Wainfleet are up 3% with Thorold and Fort Erie at 5% each. On the high end, Lincoln is up 12% and Niagara Falls at 11%.  

Increase in Unit Sales: Thorold has the highest increase in unit sales at 24%, Close behind are Niagara Falls at 22% and Fonthill/Pelham at 21%.The lowest increases in sales are Welland and Lincoln each at 10%.
