Year-to-date average prices are up in all areas except Port Colborne where the average price is down by -6.6%. Fort Erie’s increase (at 2.9%) and West Lincoln’s (at 2.4%) are the lowest yet still positive.

The two cities with the highest increase in average price are Fonthill/Pelham (at 12.8%) and Lincoln (at 10.1%). Increases in number of units sold is lowest in Fonthill (at +4%) and Welland (at +5%). West Lincoln has the highest at +38%.
