Year-to-date average prices are up in all but Port Colborne/Wainfleet with a slight decrease of -1.54%%. The number of units sold is down in Lincoln -2.7%, Port Colborne/Wainfleet -15.4% and Thorold -4.2%. Sales are up in all other areas. Days on the market increased in Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines, Welland and West Lincoln.
