Year-to-date average prices are up in all areas except Port Colborne where the average price is down by -1.8%. The lowest increases are in Niagara-on-the-Lake at +3.4% and Fort Erie at yet a healthy increase of +4.6%.

The two cities with the highest increase in average price are Niagara Falls at +11.5% and Fonthill/Pelham at +10.8%. The lowest increase in the number of units sold is in Welland at +7% and highest in West Lincoln at +29.8%.
