2. Can you show other houses as comparables?
Do you have a comparable analysis of the area? Even is you have printed comparables, the information isn't enough. The buyer will want to see other homes in the area in order to property evaluate your home. Who is going to show homes to the buyer, and how do you know how yours is comparing?
