Year-to-date average prices are up in all areas except Port Colborne and West Lincoln. Their average prices are down by -6.4% and -3.4% respectively; yet the number of units sold is up for both cities.

The two cities with the highest increase in average price are Fonthill/Pelham (at 12.8%) and Welland (at 10.3%). Yet both have the lowest increase in number of units sold: 3% for Fonthill/Pelham and 4.5% for Welland.
