The 4 main statistics we watch are the Sales, Absorption, Inventory and Prices. Absorption is defined as the percentage of Inventory that sells on a monthly basis. As you can see there is a dramatic increase in sales and absorption, a moderate increase in prices and a decrease in inventory in all 3 zones. These are the statistics we use to predict what the immediate future of the Okanagan Shuswap Real Estate Market will be like. As fars as we can see it is full speed ahead.
