As of April 1, 2009 all home inspectors in BC must be licenced by the Provincial Government. The penalty is a maximum $5000.00 for conducting a home inspection without a licence. Vernon, BC - The North Zone of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board (OMREB) reported April 2009 sales activity of all MLS® property types continued to pick up - increasing by 36% from 93 sales in March to 127 in April.
