New contracts in Alberta now have a very effective change

One of the most common problems in a hot market is multiple offers. At least one buyer has to lose. When a buyer cannot have their dream home sometimes they get hurt and frustrated and start questioning the process. Was there really a second offer and if there was did the seller actually see it? Did the one offer get an advantage that the other didn't? Alberta has made a move that I think is brilliant towards solving some of these problems. They have put a new line on the offer to purchase contracts that is for the seller's rejection. The seller must sign every offer presented. That way each buyer knows that they were in competition and the seller considered their offer. I hope we in BC follow suit. Brilliant ....I wish I had thought of it.
