North Okanagan Housing Stats for September 2009

The Okanagan continues its recovering with about 6-7 months of inventory. Remember January when it was about 24 months.   Selling to Listing ratio 13.10%. Unit sales are up from August (191 vs 156) and definitely up from a year ago (191 vs 101). Average days on the market was 117, average selling price $367,656.  The median price was down from August but still equal to the YTD ($340,000).  Since a picture is worth a thousand words click on the link for our graphs, showing monthly stats from January 2002 to the present.
