 Hi everyone, sorry I have missed a few reports to you, I have been down in San Deigo at a conference and my team has been extremely busy up here in Vernon. The market seems to have taken off, with buyers bringing multiple offers on properties & it seems we have too few properties for sale right now so things are hopping! anyway here are the stats for this week in North Okanagan real estate and my photo for the week if of the Kalamalka Lake look out point.
