This is just a short post, as I know most of you are trying to get the final check marks on your "Christmas To Do" lists!
Every year I make the same mistake thinking December will be a slow month so I will have lots of time to do my crafting, baking, wrapping and toasting! And every year a bunch of buyers come out of their warm cocoons and decide it is time to make their buy. Statistically December is the best month to negotiate a deal on a home purchase. Sellers are so pleasantly surprised to get an offer and would love to enter the new year knowing their house is sold, they tend to give a little more in the negotiations . I am certainly not complaining, I am very happy for all the business that has come my way this month and every month this year, it just makes for hectic wrapping and baking and shopping!
So to keep it short, thank you for trusting in me enough to allow me to help you with your purchase or sale in 2013. I know there are lots of great realtors in the Okanagan and I feel priviledged to have the wonderful clients that have come into my world this year. 2013 was an exciting year, I met some wonderful people and love my job even more than last year.
