Welcome to Enderby

Where the Shuswap meets the Okanagan, you’ll find Enderby, a little city rich in culture and natural beauty. From the towering Enderby Cliffs to the sparkling Shuswap River, from festivals and museums to wineries and farmers’ markets, from drive-in movies and live music to spectacular golf courses, we’ve got experiences to delight all of the senses – year-round.

Our story began with the Splatsin First Nation, which has occupied its traditional territory in the Shuswap for generations and continues to protect and enhance its culture with pow-wows, naming ceremonies and other community events. Enderby’s modern history is celebrated at the Enderby & District Museum, where visitors can tour a 1930s homestead and share in activities from a bygone era, like grinding wheat, making rope or watching a silent movie. Self-guided historic walking tours intimately showcase our unique heritage homes, commercial buildings and churches.

Outdoor enthusiasts can journey through lush wilderness, volcanic rock and fossil sites to the breathtaking panoramic views from atop the iconic Enderby Cliffs. Down below, the Shuswap River beckons to adventurers and serenity-seekers alike, offering unparalleled opportunities for paddling, fishing, swimming, and peaceful riverside strolling. Curious nature-lovers will delight in the Kingfisher Interpretive Centre, an award-winning riverside facility serving as a salmon hatchery and living classroom. The many trails at Mabel Lake and Larch Hills are great for mountain biking, and Hunters Range welcomes horseback riders, snowmobilers and quad riders too.

Agriculture is a big part of life here, and we celebrate it through farmers’ markets and agricultural events. Visitors can find a wide variety of local produce, along with honey, eggs, meat, chocolate, and much more.

Help us send a disabled child to camp

Help us send a disabled child to camp

What is your favorite summer memory? What is your favorite memory of camp?

Not all kids have the opportunity to go to camp - kids with disabilities need constant care and specialized equipment that their families cannot always afford

CENTURY 21 Executives Realty has committed to make summer memories for kids with disabilities. Be a part of this momentous event.

The Easter Seals camping program provides residential summer camp sessions for children 6 to 18 years of age who have a mental and/or physical disability. Through corporate and public donations and the time and effort of countless volunteers, the Lions Society of BC is able to fully subsidize Easter Seals camps, allowing  campers to attend free of charge. Through the summer season, over 800 campers have an opportunity to attend one of these camps.

At Easter Seal Camps the goal to provide safe, fun activities in an environment where the focus is on abilities, not disabilities. All of the camp activities are designed to build confidence, independence and peer interaction in a recreational environment.

Help kids with disabilities experience the thrill of camp by pledging to send kids to camp today.
