Century 21 Awards Criteria
The Masters Program is designed exclusively for licensed individuals who consistently achieve outstanding levels of production. Individuals designated as a team are not eligible to participate in the CENTURY 21 Canada Masters Program. Award winners will receive a certificate of achievement and recognition at the CENTURY 21 Canada annual awards event. Lapel pins, appropriately accented, are awarded for first-time qualifiers at all levels except Masters Silver.
Individuals qualify for Masters Silver status by earning between $80,000 and $116,999 in GCC or between 21 and 31 award units within a calendar year.
Individuals qualify for Masters Ruby status by earning between $117,000 and $152,999 in GCC or between 32 and 42 award units within a calendar year. First-time qualifiers will also receive a 24-carat gold-plated lapel pin with a ruby accent.
Individuals qualify for Masters Emerald status by earning between $153,000 and $188,999 in GCC or between 43 and 53 award units within a calendar year. First-time qualifiers will also receive a 24-carat gold-plated lapel pin with an emerald accent.
Individuals qualify for Masters Diamond status by earning between $189,000 and $224,999 in GCC or between 54 and 64 award units within a calendar year. First-time qualifiers will also receive a 24-carat gold-plated lapel pin with a diamond accent.
Individuals qualify for Centurion status by earning between $225,000 and $449,999 in GCC or between 65 and 129 award units within a calendar year.
Individuals qualify for Centurion status by earning between $450,000 and $674,999 in GCC or between 130 and 194 award units within a calendar year.
Teams qualify for Centurion Team status by earning between $317,000 and $633,999 in GCC or between 98 and 195 award units within a calendar year.
Centurion Team Honour Society
Teams qualify for Centurion Team Honour Society status by qualifying for Centurion team level for at least 5 - 7 years.
Teams Qualify for Master Team Award by earning between $234,000 and $$316,999 or between 65 and 97 award units within a calendar year.
Masters Hall of Fame
Individuals qualify for Masters Hall of Fame by achieving CENTURION Producer for seven out of ten consecutive years, and are then inducted into the CENTURY 21 Canada Masters Hall of Fame.
Inductees will receive a personalized crystal trophy and a 24-carat gold-plated Hall of Fame lapel pin with a diamond accent. They will also have their photograph included in the elite CENTURY 21 Gallery of Stars, a digital presentation shown during the CENTURY 21 Canadian Conference and the CENTURY 21 Canada annual awards events.
Please note: all licensed individuals qualify to participate in the CENTURY 21 Canada Masters Program, however only those individuals with a 10% or less ownership share in their office are eligible to attend any Masters program retreat hosted by and offered through Century 21 Real Estate LLC.
