Well we're a few days into December now and the statistics for 2012 to date are in, some good and some bad - but that's the volatility of the market at work.

North London (Average prices)

  • Detached homes are up 5.2% at $319,379 ($303,622 2011)
  • Condo's are down 0.4% at $208,226 ($208,969 2011)
  • Bungalows are up a whopping 17.3% at $257,966 ($219,866 2011)
  • Two story homes are up 1.2% at $345,324
  • Ranch homes are up 10.3% at $367,033 ($332,829 - 2011)
  • Townhouse Condos are up 1.2% at $192,761 ($190,519 - 2011)

South London (Average prices)

  • Detached homes are down 0.1% at $269,487 ($269,759 - 2011)
  • Condo's are up 2.2% at $155,123 ($151,805 - 2011)
  • Bungalows are down 1.3% at $201,136 ($203,748 - 2011)
  • Two story homes are up 0.8% at $331,425 ($328,724 - 2011)
  • Ranch homes are down 5.6% at $287,719 ($304,749 - 2011)
  • Townhouse Condos are down 0.9% at $142,568 ($143,901 - 2011)

East London (Average prices)

  • Detached homes are up 2.6% at $204,235 ($199,007 - 2011)
  • Condo's are down 21.8% at $147,422 ($188,630  - 2011)
  • Bungalow's are up 2.5% at $165,717 ($161,733 - 2011)
  • Two Storey homes are  up 2.1% at  $269,018 ($263,435 - 2011)
  • Ranch homes are up 2.3% at $204,182 ($199,511 - 2011)
  • Townhouse Condo's are down 2.2% at $122,490 ($125,301 - 2011)
