CENTURY 21 Fusion
The neighbourhood of Evergreen was subdivided in 2010. Its name comes from the fact that it was designed to preserve 2 rows of 50 year old Scots Pines. Special care was taken when planning this neighbourhood to provide as many green options as possible. For an example, the streets are designed so that the majority of homes will receive the most amount of sun throughout the day, which will provide opportunities for solar power. Evergreen will be the first large scale installation of LED street lights.
Once Evergreen is completed, it is expected to be one of the densest areas in Saskatoon. There are currently no schools in Evergreen.
