Greystone Heights was annexed between 1955 and 1959. Construction began in 1961-1970. Homes were still being completed up until 1980. Most of the homes in the area are single family homes while the remainder is low rise apartment buildings. Greystone Heights is a middle income area with roughly 2,500 residents.
