There is no easy answer to this question. I feel it comes down to one thing, your comfort level. In an ideal world you find the perfect home about the same time you get an offer on your current home and the closing dates match great. Shockingly I find that it really does happen that way more often than not, but there are times that it doesn’t.

I was very surprised last year, as I am sure most people were, when I heard about the very dangerous weed growing in Ontario, the Giant Hogweed. Obviously this weed has been around for ages, just never heard of it before. So of course now when I am in rural parts of our town I keep a look out for it, and as it happens I do see it quite often.

Our beautiful town is growing fast and with a lot of growth come some problems a community must face, such as finding a local doctor. Lots of us do not have a local doctor so we rely on walk in or after hour clinics when we aren’t feeling well. We are very lucky in Milton to have a number of splash pads available to help you cool down this summer, and with the Heat Wave upon us it’s the perfect time to visit one.
