Gravity Gives Project 2012

I jumped out of a plane!  This was my second jump, and skydiving still remains the coolest experience ever!

The Gravity Gives Project is the brainchild of Milton Councillor Greg Nelson, who is an avid fan of extreme sports.  For the past two years, he has worked to organize this charitable project all over the world.  On April 28, skydivers from Italy, New Zealand, England, Canada and the United States jumped out of planes to raise money for Save The Children

Milton Councillor Greg Nelson and Lindsay from Backspin

Backspin Marketing invited me to be a part of their team, aptly named Team Backspin.  As the publishers of Inside Milton Magazine, there were cameras everywhere to document the event.  Be sure to check out the next issue for more coverage of the Gravity Gives Project!

Team Backspin strikes a pose!

If you haven't jumped out of a plane before (with a parachute, of course) and are sitting on the fence, GET OUT AND DO IT!  Every first-time jumper will tell you that the experience is surreal and the coolest experience of a lifetime.  Thanks to Skydive Toronto for hosting this event!

Ready to Jump!
