Touring Milton Open Houses, what’s the easiest way to plan your tour?
I hear the same comments over and over again, when I ask this simple question at my open houses.
“How did you hear about the Open House?” The most common response is, “Oh, just driving by the neighbourhood and noticed the sign”
My first reaction is great! But then the truth is, if someone is shopping for a house, and they are relying on open house signs to see what’s available, they might be missing the boat! Why waste your time, instead select ahead of time the homes you would like to visit, and do it by process of elimination.
In some instances the homes are listed during the week and an offer is registered on the property prior to having any open house. As well, in some cases homes may be on the market for weeks without any open houses at all. This weekend, there is a total of 43 open house schedule so far! Which ones are you going to visit?
