According the the data they have released, there were a total of 466 transactions in Milton between January 1st and March 31st 2015 with the average price achieved been $521,688. The Neighborhood with the most transactions in the first quarter was the Beaty Neighborhood with a total of 71 sales, followed by the Clarke Neighborhood with 60 and Willmott and Scott Neighborhoods with 56 transactions. each. The Neighborhood that achieved the highest average price in the greater Milton area was the Scott Neighborhood at $621,478, followed by the Coates Neighborhood at $553,018 and then the Beaty neighborhood at $551, 206.
