Professional Background

I began my Real Estate career in 2000 as a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board.  Since then, I have had many accomplishments including the following:

• 2011:            Received designation of ABR® - Accredited Buyer's Representative

In 2009 I opened CENTURY 21 President Realty Inc., Brokerage which has now become one of the most successful Real Estate offices for CENTURY 21 in Peel Region, with over 100+ salespersons and brokers.

My mission is to create a company with a team of professional and highly skilled salespersons and brokers who can offer services at a higher level of excellence than what is expected in the industry.

I am always striving to keep my skills sharp and up to date.  I have earned the following designations:

SRES®:

Seniors Real Estate Specialists^® or SRES^® designees are REALTORS^® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. The SRES® Council awards the SRES^® Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program.  
By earning the SRES^® Designation, I have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.

ABR®:
The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients.  

Professional Interests

I am passionate about the Real Estate industry and like to stay on top of current market news, including Real Estate news, mortgage updates and news on the economy as well as housing trends. 

I like to stay involved with charitable awareness events and other positive involvement in the community and good causes.

As Broker Of Record at CENTURY 21 President Realty Inc., I am passionate about the success of the salespeople and brokers who work at my office.  

Education

I obtained my Bachelor Of Arts Degree from GND University in India and also attended Toronto School of Business in 1995, for Microcomputer Business Applications & Electronics diploma.

I have taken countless courses related to Real Estate which have resulted in many professional industry designations.

Personal Background

I was born in Punjab, India and came to Canada in 1995.

I have worked hard since the time I have arrived and worked in many professions.  My true calling came in Real Estate when I started my Licensing courses in 1999.  Since then I have won many awards in this industry and continually strive to keep excelling in Real Estate and giving back to the community which has given me so much opportunity.

I am a married father of three children.

Community Involvement

I like to support the youth in the community by supporting many sports and cultural events.

I organize and hold an annual "Customer Appreciation Day BBQ" every year in our office.

I actively participate with my team in the annual "Wheelchair Awareness Race" in Peel organized by C-SASIL.

I support and participate with my team in the "Race Against Racism" in Peel Region organized by Peel Regional Police.

I am always happy and supportive of many charities and fundraisers for good causes.  I believe in giving back to the community to try to create a positive impact on people's lives.

Personal Interests

I enjoy travelling, reading, writing and watching and playing soccer.
