Garry has called Cobourg home for over 49 years; the perfect place to raise three daughters. Garry became active in real estate in 1989, bringing with him the skills and expertise of an International General Manager. In 1993, Garry became an owner of the company and is also a selling manager. He lived and worked in China in the late eighties and enjoys the diversity of different cultures. Garry has been active in the local community on many fronts. He has coached ladies softball, been involved in hockey on many levels and has donated his time and energy to many worthwhile causes. Garry enjoys playing squash, hockey, baseball, golf and brings with him enthusiasm and experience. Garry is actively involved in the Cobourg Rotary Club. Garry has received many outstanding achievement awards and was awarded CENTURION status by Century 21 Canada in 2004. Garry Liboiron married Liz Southward in 2006. Liz and Garry have been fortunate to enjoy golfing, biking and world traveling.

ASH BROOK GOLF COURSE COBOURG-PORT HOPE
It has been a great year for golf at the Ash Brook Golf Course , hopefully a few more months are available. Ash Brook is located on Dale Road, between Cobourg & Port Hope, just 60 minutes east of Toronto. A well maintained 18 hole course, friendly staff and great food. Personal Background
Garry has lived in Cobourg since 1963. Garry & Liz enjoy many sports and love to travel. Travel has given Garry & Liz the opportunity to enjoy & meet the people of many cultures. Garry and Liz have travelled from Vancouver to Halifax, throughout the Uinited States,Cuba,France, Italy and Germany.

Professional Background
Prior to becoming a realtor,Garry was the General Manager for TUTRIC, a joint venture Tire Company located in Tianjin, China. Tianjin, China in the 1980's was the third largest city in China, 100 km. from Beijing. The Joint Venture was one of the first in China, formed by United Tire of Canada and China. Garry was the manager of United Tire & Rubber located in Cobourg,ON. Garry's family lived in China for for a period while Garry and his staff spent two years training the Chinese personal in all aspects of tire manufacturing. The plant today employs over 1000 people.
Education
Garry spent his secondary school years in Cobourg, attending St.Micheals School and Cobourg District Collegiate East.
Garry spent his formative business years learning all aspects of manufacturing tires, including quality control, scheduling, production control,warehousing, shipping& receiving,union negotiations,etc. The hands on education & training was an excellent foundation allowing Garry to become Plant Manager of United Tire & Rubber. This education was a springboard to becoming the General Manager of a very successful international joint venture based in China.
In the years 1989 to 1993, Garry took all courses required to become a real estate Broker. In 1993,liking the business so much, Garry with a partner, bought the company he worked for, becoming Broker/Owner of Century21 All-Pro Realty (1993) Ltd. Garry & Liz became sole owners of the company in August,2008.
Professional Interests
As an active member of Cobourg Rotary Club, Garry has been most involved with the two major fund raising committees, the Sportsmen's Night Gourmet Dinner & Auction and the Waterfront Committee. Garry and Liz were also very active as fundraisers for the newly built Cobourg Community Centre. They were very pleased and proud to personally donate to our new Cobourg Community Centre. The Centre is a magnificent showpiece for sports,service clubs, seniors and entertainment.They have also partnered with Habitat for Humanity Northumberland, donating a share of their income for this worthy cause.
