Halifax Market poised to move toward a "Balanced Market"

According to C.M.H.C., the Halifax real estate market is poised to change. For the past three (3) years we have been stuck in a definite "Buyer's Market" all the while listening to, and watching on T.V., reporters saying that the government had to take control and cool off this over heated real estate market in Canada. Sellers in this province were wondering just how much colder it had to get before someone noticed that we were freezing here. The good news is that we are expected to move towards a more balanced market, and this is very good news for  REALTORS® and anyone who has been desperately trying to sell their home.

With interest rates at a low rate, buyers are advised to act sooner rather than later, and take advantage of this "Buyer's Market" while they still can. More realistic prices a bound to come into affect and some really great opportunities could be lost.
