Abnormal weather conditions have been interesting in our real estate business in Fort Saskatchewan. Centum My Choice Mortgage is busy with clients getting ready to purchase.
Construction is in full swing with the New City Hall alone with new home construction. 2012 is looking to be a strong year for the real estate market in Fort Saskatchewan.

January 2012. Holiday's are over and time to get back to work. Real estate at Century 21 has kicked up better than 2011. I expect to see a small increase in property value this year do to the economic outlook for the Fort Saskatchewan area.

I remember these times a few years ago.. Calls are slowing down, emails are relaxing. This is normal real estate in Fort Saskatchewan. Times are normal once again. Can't wait for January to get the party started again.

We experienced a short period of time with less phone calls and inquiries. This is to be expected in a great community with higher than normal income. Holiday's are very important in my community, and deserved.
