August has turned out to be a slower month than normal. Holiday's? not sure. Buyer's have a lot a choice on the market these day's with residential single family listings jumping to the 160 mark. Pricing of properties have become extremely crusial these day's.
I do have concerns for the fall with the quantity of listings in Fort Saskatchewan. I remember a couple years ago when we hit the 160 mark, prices started to drop.
