2017 is upon us.

2016 turned out to be a tough year for a lot of people in Alberta.  With a slow down in real estate purchases we have all found it a little more difficult.  As we enter 2017 it appears to be somewhat better but I myself have did my due diligence in tightening our belt so to speak.  As you move forward and plan on listing your home or rental property, it is very important to call on someone who has the experience and can give you ALL the information to make sound decisions.  

Pricing a home is extremely important.  Going through my program you will learn what is correct price on your property.  I have seen over and over again properties being listed well over priced and then just sit on the system, making the owner very stressed and discouraged.  Then ultimately, price reduction occurs and potential lower sale price can happen. 

Owners have three choices when they are thinking of selling.  Sell at a real market value based on full knowledge of the salability of the property, Keep the property and finally, rent it out, and again rent it at a true market value.  Once the owner has this information a better decision can be made.
