I have lived and worked in Prince Edward County all of my life and now reside with my family at 116 Main Street in the village of Wellington.
My work history includes 13 years completing land surveys in Hastings and Prince Edward County and 25 years in real estate sales, appraisal, and management. I have been a co-owner of Century 21 Lanthorn, but now devote all of my time listing and selling real estate, and have place within the top 10% of Century 21 agents nationally.
Although real estate demands most of my time, I am an active Past Master of the Masonic Lodge in Wellington, and an avid supporter of my wife Joanne's Victorian store in Bloomfield known as "Green Gables Gifts & Greetings." www.greengablesbloomfield.com I have also acquired years of experience in home construction, land registry office title searching, and act as a Planning Coordinator & Advisor with regards to municipal zoning by-laws, land severance and official plan regulations.
During my 25 years in real estate sales, I use and believe in the Team Approach to selling property with a strong referral network of other real estate sales representatives and satisfied past clients.

Education
I am a graduate of George Brown College in Toronto and Loyalist College in Belleville with a Survey Technology designation, and a registered member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technician and Technologist (OACETT.) As a Real Estate Broker, with Century 21 Lanthorn and I've achieved many credits from the Ontario Real Estate Association including "Market Value Appraiser" residential designation.

Professional Background
Upon graduation with survey technology degree, I worked in Prince Edward County and Hastings County, completing field work required for land survey. In 1982 I entered the Real Estate industry and became a Broker and Co-Owner of Century 21 Lanthorn for 10 year period and continue very active sales and internet marketing.

I've been a life resident of P.E. County, living in Hallowell Twp and currently in the Village of Wellington. My wife and I have 3 sons and 3 Granddaughters all living in the city of Belleville.
Personal Interests
With my survey, engineering and Real Estate background I've enjoyed the municipality planning process, representing client for the consent and OPA approval process. I have also personally completed a plan of subdivision to it's final build out stage. My wife and I launched a retail store in 1993 called Green Gables Gifts and Greeting, with over 5000 sqft and 2 locations located in the Village of Bloomfield. This store has had a nomination for "Retailer of the Year" (Eastern Canada), by the Canadian Gift and Tableware Association, and is the largest retail Gift and Home Décor store in the County.
