P E  County officals obtained a weak vote , at council last week, for the approval of the DC charges.They  presented only one element, of an overall plan,with 3 more charges comming up for dicussion in the comming months.The combined costs of these levies have huge impact on builders and developers in the County, and the local Realestate market. These charges should have been presented as a package with several public  meetings to obtain input from all stakeholders. This DC bylaw should be appealled, and dicussions re-opened on the entire package!
