Reports from the Quinte and District Realestate board for 2008, show sales activity down 15% over 2007, with a December drop alone, of 35% These stats do not accurately reflect the Prince Edward County market.

Sales in PEC have dropped nearly 31% this year,over 2008. I think the Dec drop of 35% is a trend we will see in2009 and 2010 in the County as our prices,generally speaking, are not sustainable. Coupled with dreadfull economic news daily, weve got some tough years ahead in Real Estate
