Century 21 Colonial Realty opened in 1976 as an independent PEI real estate office by John Ives. It became one of the first Century 21 real estate offices in the Maritimes. It has consistently been a top producing real estate office by achieving the Century 21 Centurion award every year since 1987. It has also been the Number 1 office on PEI MLS in sales not only in 2008 but over 21 of the past 22 years. The office has also achieved the Double Centurion Sales Award in 2007 and was the #27 office in all of Canada for Century 21 on units sold.
