The Vineyard Skating Rink and all wine and food profiled above continue in The Piazza and Founders’ Hall with the addition of Niagara Estate Chef David Penny preparing his version of Canadian favourite Poutine in the evening!
1:00 pm-2:30 pm- Celebrity Chef Demonstration and Book Signing Chefs Anna Olson & Michael Olson will be the star attraction for a uniquely Canadian food demonstration followed by a book signing.
As darkness sets in enjoy the unique experience of watching fireworks cascade over the Vineyards! Keep the night chill away while you roast marshmallows and enjoy Cabernet Franc Icewine S’mores.

Tom Cochrane has penned such classic songs as "Life is a Highway" and "Big League" - always delivering a uniquely Canadian Perspective through his lyrics.
Andrew Cole will open for Tom with his powerful songs - according to Tom; Andrew has "a voice that most singers would die for". The open-air Roman style Amphitheatre features general admission with seating provided. Rain or shine the show will go on.
