Just a quick update on our Market and the near future, my thoughts are that we will get to a normalized market starting in the spring. I think with the cut backs that all builders have done and the buildings that have been capped off due to lack of sales and pressure from builders bankers will help tighten the suppy of properties available.
With any up tick in net migration you will see the sales pick up, i dont see prices increases but buyers feeling like this is good value now.
Interest rates will fall due to the Bank of Canada putting pressure on them to lend.
This is a time to work, network, get open housing and you will see success.
