I joined the real estate team over five years ago. I was a supervisor in the Shipbuilding industry for 16 years.  This gave me many skills that I use today and incorporate in my Real Estate business. I also own a Property Management business which has given me expertise in owning and purchasing multi unit properties. I would not sell you anything that I would not own or manage myself. I pride myself in being honest, hardworking, loyal and energetic. Since being in the real estate I have won the Master Ruby award and Centurion Producer for selling the most units. When your happy, I’m happy. MY DREAM IS MAKING YOUR DREAM COME TRUE!!!! I’m a full time agent so call me anytime day or night.

I have a really good knowledge of rental units and investments properties as I own 35 units and manage an additional 105 for other landlords. My Property Management Company is covered by "Errors & Omissions Insurance". This is an extra precaution that most Property Management companies do not have.

Personal Background

I have been married to my wife, Heather for 40 years and we have 2 children Dottie and Shawn who are married and have given us 4 grandsons, Matthew & Christopher and Davis and Ashton. Heather and Shawn work with me on my second business of "Property Management". Heather does all the administrative work for our business and Shawn is the property manager and deals directly with tenants on an ongoing basis. We own 35 rental units and look after 105 units for other landlords. This keeps me busy. When we do take a break we enjoy traveling and seeing other places. We have cruised to the Caribbean. We have also gone to Las Vegas and seen the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon and yes, the shoot-out at the OK Corral at Tombstone. My recent Mexico vacation was exciting when I caught a 140 lb. 9ft. long stripped marlin.That was a thrill of a lifetime.

You have to know what the City of Saint John does not want and what they do want. You might aswell look for these things now rather than have a whole lot of expense to change it after you purchase.

What does Heritage Saint John expect from you if you purchase in a Heritage area?

You have to know what Heritage Saint John does and does not want you to do. Same thing you might aswell look for this before you purchase. It will save you money down the road.

Personal Interests

I enjoy traveling and visiting warmer climates such as the Caribbean and I also really enjoy swimming.My latest vacation was going to Mazatlan, Mexico and going deep sea fishing and catching a 9 foot, 140 lb. stripped marlin, Just ask me about that thrill and I have the pictures to prove this fish story. My next vacation I'm looking forward to is a Hawaiian Cruise.

My favorite restaurant is probably Vito’s & I really like their new dish Penne Zesto. I also enjoy going to Swiss Chalet as that is where you get the best chicken.

 I also enjoy meeting with friends and family and playing Texas Hold'em on a Friday or Saturday night.

Hi George, Just wanted to tell you that we appreciated the supreme service you gave to us this past summer.  We had our house on the market a couple of years ago by 2 different agents for about 9 months before we heard from you and we only received 1 offer which we could not accept.  You had listed us on August 5th and had us sold on September 3 or 4th, that is what you call service.  I thought it would never sell but you came to the rescue when you called us in July to see if we were interested in listing again.
