Sure, you dont think of Baseboard heat when the Humidex is 36 C but there is a new generation of Baseboard that is efficient and attractive and a great retrofit consideration Especially here in Manitoba. I have seen them employed in a number of small homes as well and the heat they throw is impressive and the convection is noticable
