Spring Fever for Building and Selling Homes

Motorcycles zoom by and birds are singing and zinging about, golfers in shorts, im ok with this global warming so far!  Its also an early start to Real Estate Seaslon and from Resale homes to Building lots, things are happening fast.  We have 3 great builders we are working with and their homes are going up as fast as we can spec them.  we are running out of September possession dates so its time to move now. We have homes in 5 areas and of course any location you might own as well.

1) Creekside in Selkirk is a beautiful upscale development and we have 4 lots left in that development owned by the builders - we have speced 15-1700 sq ft Bungalows and 15-2100 sq ft 2 storey Homes. 

2) We have 2 specilaized lots on Floodway Drive in lockport, not far from Heritage that are specifically zoned for home based businesses. you are allowed to operate your business  and live on the same 2 acre lot without any hassles. we are working up a Home and Shop Plan you can take to the bank.

3) Jack RD. We have 1.8 acre lots with a 1640 sq ft 3 car bungalow plan for 399000 or just spec what you want and we will build it.

4) Bay Road - located between #8 and Mcphillips Rd its a new 5 lot subdivision and 3 lots are available

 5) Heritage is a 9 Lot Subdivision in the RM of ST Clements at the corner of 59 and 44 HWY -- 3 x 4 acre lots are available to build there , one is owned by our builder.
