Fresh air seems like such an old-fashioned thing, doesn’t it? Many of us spend our days confined to our cubicles, or holed up in our home offices. Some of us add to the time spent “indoors” during our commutes.
But oh, all the wonderful things a deep breath of fresh air can bring. It lifts your mood, reduces yourstress, makes you feel more alive, and helps you reconnect with nature.
Maybe the best remedy for our hectic lives is to get outside and play more – like hiking with your dogs along a nearby nature trail. Or dusting off your bike and peddling around town with friends. Or evengrabbing a beach chair and heading to the coast to soak up the sunshine for an afternoon.
