GAS PRICES

What to do?  What to do?

Follow along on the internet which companies are posting huge profits during the recent run-up in prices.  Patronize only those whom you feel are treating the consumer fairly.

On an individual basis, check your tire pressure weekly.  Try to anticipate traffic a block ahead.  This allows you to cruise more slowly if you see a red light or stopped traffic ahead.  Similarly, at a red light, stop a few metres behind the car in front.  You can then slowly proceed, eliminating the "jack-rabbit" starts that adversely affect gas consumption.

Happy and safe driving this spring!
