WHO IS LOOKING OUT FOR YOU?

In most real estate transactions, the sellers' agent represents the interests of the seller and the buyers' agent represents the buyer, where the buyer has signed a Buyer Representation Agreement.  If you are buying a property not listed on MLS, you are basically on your own regarding the most important purchase in your lifetime.  Is this what you want?  Having an agent representing you is crucial when it comes to offer preparation and negotiation.  You may end up paying more for the property, or miss important factors affecting its integrity.  Always have someone negotiating on your behalf.  Don't go it alone.
