Working as a realtor since 1981, I have had the opportunity to see many beautiful homes...in beautiful subdivisions...and also many not so beautiful homes ...in not so beautiful subdivisions. There is a perfect home for each buyer. Whether you are looking on the Sunshine Coast, Vancouver, Richmond, or South Surrey/White Rock the process of finding a new home can be an excitng time. Sunshine Coast
Only a 40 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale and you will be on the Sunshine Coast. Gibsons and Sechelt are lovely communities to consider if you are looking for a quieter life style or a get away.
Morgan Creek
If you are looking to move to South Surrey/White Rock, you will likely do some searching in Morgan Creek. This is a well planned area with lots of trees, wide streets, and beautiful homes with gorgeous gardens. Some addresses are known as inside Morgan Creek and they qualify for membership in the Morgan Creek Golf Course(you must own and reside at that address).Homes in this neighbourhood range in price from about $1,200,000 and up depending on their size, age, and quality. Other parts of Morgan Creek have smaller homes on smaller lots and they are in the $700,000+ price range.
Professional Background
Most people don't start out as realtors....they end up there. I started out as a teacher . I studied at the University of Saskatchewan, taught in northern Saskatchewan and then in BC. Always interested in looking at houses and wanting to learn about investing in real estate, I took the real estate course, got my license ...and ended up as a realtor. I still love my job.
Personal Background
My home town is Meath Park, SK , a small village between Prince Albert and Candle Lake. Growing up with a cabin at Candle Lake has made me one of those people who love spending time at a cabin. I also love looking for cabins for my customers....in addition to helping them buy or sell their homes.
Candle Lake, SK early summer evening....how could you not love it....this is Waskateena beach..perfect for young children and people who love to play in the water.

Personal Interests
Growing up in SK, I curled in the winter and played ball in the summer...what else was there to do? I still enjoy these sports...mostly watching now. My mom loved to garden and was a good cook....I love gardening and cooking. My other hobbies include reading, listening to music, cruising, road trips, and watercolor painting. I love decorating magazines and books about real estate. I'm very interested in organizing spaces and making homes feel warm and welcoming.
