Our company was established in 1972 as Kelleher Real Estate Inc. and became a CENTURY 21® franchise in 1978. We are centrally located (at the corner of Laird and Ridgeway in Mississauga,) and offer private office facilities. We are also the oldest established CENTURY 21® office in Mississauga.
CENTURY 21 Kelleher Real Estate Inc. houses a multi-lingual sales force of independent sales associates, who between them represent varied professional designations such as FRI, CMR, MVA, CRA and Associate Brokers.
Our office has a long history of participation on board committees. We are a CENTURY 21® Global Reference Network office (VIP office), a past Top 21 office among all CENTURY 21 offices in Canada (1985 - 1991), a winner of the Gold Medallion Office Award (1997), and a winner of six consecutive Centurion awards.

Grace Kelleher was licensed as a sales representative in l967 in Toronto, became a Real Estate Broker in 1972 and opened G. Kelleher Real Estate Ltd. Grace joined the Century 21 Franchise and operated under Century 21 Kelleher Real Estate Inc in 1978. She is a member of the 25 year plus club of the Toronto and Mississauga Real Estate Boards, and has served on numerous committees throughout her career.
In 1982 Grace received her FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute) diploma certificate from The Real Estate Institute of Canada and also her CMR (Certificate in the Marketing of Real Estate) in 1985 and received her MVA (Market Value Appraisal) from The Canadian Real Estate Association in 1992.
Grace has been involved in the Marketing of Selling and Listing properties of Resale and New Homes and has worked with numerous relocation companies helping them to relocate clients to or from the GTA. In addition Grace also specializes in appraisal and mortgage financing .

Tips on Selling Your Home
Ensure the home is neat and tidy
Does the home smell good ?
A few drops of vanilla on the element will do the trick.
Stay out of the way !
The buyer has to feel at home. Be invisible or absent.
Ensure that all the lights in the home are turned on.
Ensure the foyer is uncluttered
Always have the curtains or blinds open.
Natural light sells!
Soft music in the background always puts the buyer(s) in a good frame of mind
A clear path to the front door and rear patio is a must.
An obstacle course does not impress anyone
Wipe down any fingerprints or marks on the walls
When the agent arrives, greet warmly and ask for a business card.
Do not let in without it.
