I really enjoyed working with Chris & Suzanne; they're a lot of fun and they are really "tech-savy" people so they really appreciated the cutting-edge techniques and strategies that I use in bring a property to market.  Here's a message they sent me after I recently sold their home & helped them purchase a new one:

Very professional pictures and little extras like the effective use of social networking,  a custom url made from our address and QR codes on all signs and brochures made our listing stand out.
