Take a tour of the new "Lago Vista" phase of Kirschner Mountain while I give you a quick real estate market update. Unit sales for April 2009 are up 26% over March which was up 46% over February. Averages prices are also up which doesn't reflect climbing prices but an increase in consumer confidence; resulting in more higher prices home sales than in previous months. Questions? ...
