Professional Background

Subsequent to graduating from Mount Douglas Secondary School in 1988 Gray attended Camosun College and the University of Victoria, was sales manager for a major floor covering retailer, and was a contractor specializing in estimating and managing residential renovation and restoration projects. Since his entry into the Real Estate field in 2000, Gray has been a multiple and consistent MLS Award Winner (Bronze,Silver, Gold and Special Gold) and a multiple and consistent monthly and annual "Team Topper" Award Winner with his office. He has served on several different Victoria Real Estate Board Committees, twice Chaired the Annual VREB Golf Tournament Committee and has committed himself to continuing to expand his knowledge and improve his service to his clients by regularly attending conferences, courses and seminars related to his profession.

Personal Background



A fourth generation Victorian, married with two young sons, Gray lives in the Cadboro Bay area of Victoria. He tries to balance his professional life with golfing, fishing, skiing and spending time with his family.

Community Involvement

Easter Seals

CENTURY 21® began its relationship with Easter Seals in 1979 and since that time has raised nearly $98 million, making CENTURY 21 a top corporate contributor to Easter Seals. Top leadership at CENTURY 21 has consistently supported the Easter Seals mission. This year my goal is to send a kid to Easter Seals Camp Shawnigan for a week by raising $2100.00.

What is the Easter Seal Camping Program?

Easter Seal Camps give BC children with disabilities the chance to discover their individual abilities. Camp sessions are carefully planned and designed to encourage these children to gain new skills, develop new friendships, gain confidence and independence – skills that will help them to live lasting and fulfilling lives. On average, over 850 children with disabilities from all over BC attend a one-week camping session at one of three Easter Seal camps located around the province – Shawnigan Lake on Vancouver Island, Squamish near Vancouver and Winfield in the Interior. It is because of fundraising events like the Money Mart Easter Seal 24 Hour Relay For The Kids, that the BC Lions Society is able to operate the camping program at no cost to the families. Many of whom are already financially burdened by the costs associated with raising children with special needs.
