A Little About the Kenora Area
Kenora.....fondly referred to as “Cottage Country” has been the backdrop for cherished family memories since the early 1900s. The City of Kenora is located just 2 hours east of Winnipeg, MB on the north shore of world-famous Lake of the Woods. Savour the charm of hundreds of area lakes, waterways and rivers. The District of Kenora encompasses the quaint railway villages of Malachi, Minaki and Redditt to the north. The treasured towns of Sioux-Narrows & Nestor Falls to the southeast, Vermilion Bay to the east, and Shoal Lake west to the Manitoba border. Breathe in the natural beauty of cottage country from your deck or dock!
Waterfront Real Estate: A Lifestyle and an Investment!
Lake home, cottage, cabin, tourist camp, vacant land, condominium.....just add water......front!
I became a licensed Realtor in the Province of Ontario in 2005 and my passion and focus is Recreational Waterfront Real Estate. I achieved my Broker designation in February 2008. My market area includes all of the lakes within the District of Kenora which I access by 4x4, boat, ATV, snowmobile and when required, float plane or helicopter.
I specialize in listing and selling "Recreational and Residential Waterfront Properties," including homes, cottages, cabins, islands, vacant waterfront land and commercial tourist camps, lodges and resorts in the Kenora and surrounding area.

Helped to establish the "SIOUX NARROWS WATCH" for property owners in the Sioux Narrows area of Lake of the Woods. In co-operation with the Ontario Provincial Police and property owners, I currently volunteer to check and tag cottages in the off-season months on Long Bay, Lobstick Bay, Regina Bay, Snake Bay, and Whitefish Bay.
