2008-2009 Sponsor MOHA Tyke Hound Dogs

Trees for Toys

My Trees for Toys event was held on Saturday December 12th, 2009, where I donated Christmas Trees and they were given away, free, to the first 100 people donating an unwrapped toy or gift. This year, the focus was on toys for teenagers, as they are often overlooked.

I am pleased to report that in the first annual Trees for Toys event we collected over 325 toys for teenagers and received over $675 to the Red Kettle Campaign – far exceeding the expected goal!

All toys and cash donated were given to the 14th Annual Salvation Army Toy Mountain campaign to be distributed to Oakville and area teenagers. All unclaimed and donated trees were donated to families in the Oakville area.

Personal Interests

I spend any free time at my cottage in the Muskoka's or on the golf course playing any number of member Clublink golf courses.
