Hans' knowledge of the Oakville area has been instrumental in helping us find a property for lease and our home a year later. He was very patient and took the time to share his extensive insights. Hans made a great effort to decipher our requests and understand what we truly wanted, and then matching it to a property. My son and daughter will surely have a blast with all the recreation they have in the surroundings.

My wife and I had flown in from the UK and needed to locate a suitable apartment to rent. We briefed Hans (at Century 21) to employ his local knowledge to find a condo in a great location but with reasonable monthly rental payments.
Equally importantly, the transaction had to be completed in less than a week.
He was absolutely outstanding in all aspects of this challenge. He tracked down a perfect condo in downtown Oakville and helped us through the maze of documentation; credit checking, rent negotiation and all the associated issues that surround such deals.
He worked tirelessly and professionally; expertly finessing all red tape on the way, and managed to present us with a lease for signature at 11pm the night before we flew back to the UK.
And back in the UK we continued to get update emails from Hans, who was still working on our behalf on the post-contract minutiae; car parking arrangements; extra keys etc.
That is truly remarkable service. We have never found that level of commitment and focus by any agent on any property deals we have done in the past in the UK.
And when it comes to eventually planning the move from our rented apartment to a new home purchase in Oakville, there will be just one realtor getting our call.
