Virtual Tours !
This is a term you may see to describe a visual presentation beyond the still pictures normally used. My virtual tours place the viewer on location with a complete 360 degree image. To view an example of a virtual tour "click here". Most of my listings have virtual tours and are complimentary to the homeowner.
Personal Background
I have in the past built three homes myself. Truly a learning experience and the knowledge I have gained has served me well in my real estate career. Having placed the concrete footings through to building cabinets and trim work, I am able to better appreciate both good and bad home design and construction. Also, currently working with new home construction helps to keep my knowledge base up to date.

Professional Background
Previous to Real Estate sales I was employed by the Federal Department of Fisheries & Oceans as a graphic artist at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography in Dartmouth. Those 10 years of my working career were very interesting and rewarding.
Prior to my graphic artist career I spent 4 years in the Canadian Armed Forces as a sonar technician on board the H.M.C.S.Terra Nova during which time I travelled extensively and gained a great appreciation for the work our armed service personnel carry out for us on a daily bases.
Personal Interests
Outside of Real Estate, my personal interests include fly fishing, oil painting, RC Helicoptor flying (novice) and watching our daughter and son grow into the wonderful people they have become.
