Local Market Trends
Last week a fellow realtor commented on the fact that expired listings were reported ( NSAR mls statistical report )to be up sharply for the month of June. This is a very real indicator that we are moving into a buyers market. Media reports that in the larger centers of the country we may see falling house prices this year. In the good old Maritimes these trends and market adjustments often happen without any serious damage to our house prices so it's just business as usual as we enjoy the summer months.
