I began my career in real estate with Century 21 on August 1, 1986. I began with CENTURY 21 GOLD TEAM which at its peak had more than 140 sales associates. In 2000, CENTURY 21 PRUDENTIAL ESTATES acquired our office and we all became CENTURY 21 PRUDENTIAL ESTATES. My focus is residential real estate throughout the Lower Mainland. My previous profession was as a lab technologist at VGH and Children's Hospital. Wanting to be out in the community led me to change careers. I love the freedom and the interesting people I meet everyday in my new world.
Buyers and Sellers
I work with both buyers and sellers in all price ranges throughout the Lower Mainland.

I am a BC girl. I was born on the West Coast of BC in Ocean Falls and spent my childhood in the fishing village of Namu. From there the family moved to Prince Rupert for four years and then my father was transferred to Richmond with BC Packers. What a wonderful era that was for the BC Packers Fishing Company. I was able to buy a car at 16 because I washed fish at the Steveston Cannery! I Graduated from Richmond High School. I worked for the Canadian Red Cross for a few years and next the Vancouver General hospital as a Lab Technologist, and finally Childrens Hospital before becoming a realtor in 1986.
I became a grandmother on August 8, 2008 (that lucky 8-8-8 day). Ryan is a gorgeous little boy. He lives in Richmond with my daughter, so I am able to see him everyday.
My other interest has at times been all consuming and that is the game of curling. From the 1970s to today, I have been involved with the sport. I have been lucky enough to have gone to four Canadian Ladies Championships and one Canadian Mixed Championship. My office coworkers have promised to cheer me on the next time I make a Canadian Championship. They are hoping it is on the East Coast.
My father and I built a kayak in 2006. I belong to the Sea Kayak Association of BC. What a great club this has been for over 20 years. I still haven't been to the Broken Islands off the coast of Vancouver Island but hope to soon.
Yoga, is another interest. I recently decided I wanted to teach children and am in the process of taking the "Yoga Kids" certification course. Hope to finish in April, 2013.
I began dragon boating last year in Richmond with the A Breast In A Boat cancer survivors group. What a lot of fun. Our season begins in March with training and ends in June. We are in at least four regattas a year.
I am also involved with South Arm United Church and especially in the Country Fair we have every September. Again lots of fun.
To keep in shape, I Jazzercise now. This is my fifth year. This group has made exercising fun. I go at least three times a week these days. We just finished Jazzercising for Breast Cancer and every year we raise over $10,000. for the cause.
